Domestic Sewage Treatment Device HNBA-15 Double Pump, HBNA series domestic sewage treatment equipment uses a combination of oxidative degradation, membrane microfiltration and physical disinfection and sterilization to treat domestic sewage from ship toilets, kitchens and bathrooms (also suitable for institutions, schools, hotels, residences and factories and mines).

Compared with similar products, it has the characteristics of small size, light weight, compact structure, no secondary pollution, and easy operation and maintenance.

  • Total suspended solids (TSS): ≯35mg/L
  • Non-nitrification Five-day biological oxygen demand (BOD5): ≯25mg/L
  • Chemical Oxygen consumption (COD): ≯125mg/L
  • pH value: 6-8.5
  • Residual chlorine: ≯0.5mg/L

The discharged water treated by the device meets the emission standards of the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships (MAPOL73/78) revised by the International Maritime Organization (IMO), and complies with (GB3552-2018 “Water Pollutant Discharge Standards for Ships” Section 5.2.2 and 5.2.4 and IMO.MEPC.227(64) “2012 Implementation Guidelines for Effluent Standards and Performance Tests of Domestic Sewage Treatment Plants”), and obtained type approval from CCS, ZY and ZC.

The International Maritime Organization IMO. Marine Environment Protection Committee officially adopted the IMO.MEPC.227(64) resolution on October 5, 2012, which regulates Annex IV of the “MARPOL73/78 International Convention for the Prevention of Anti-pollution” regarding ship domestic sewage treatment equipment. The requirements have made new requirements. From January 1, 2016, all domestic sewage treatment devices hoisted on new and old ships must comply with the requirements of this convention.
