Solar Marine Lantern Type SL-C310 Series
The SL-C310 series are robust, completely self-contained 3-5NM+ Solar LED Lantern marine lanterns. They are designed to be maintenance-free, installed in minutes, and have a service life of over 12 years.
These lanterns are available in three chassis size configurations; compact, standard and extended. They accommodate larger battery capacity and additional solar charging capability. Satellite connectivity is available as an option.
The four (4) premium-grade solar modules are integrated into the assembly, and mounted to collect sunlight at all angles. The base and top of the lanterns are made from composite moulded polymer with UV-stabilised rubber corners and gaskets. This provides a superior IP68 water ingress rating – the best in the industry. A handle is incorporated into the chassis for safe lifting.
The tough, polycarbonate lens is specifically designed for use with LEDs. It also incorporates an environmentally-friendly spike to deter unwelcome bird life.
The SL-C310 series is available with GPS Synchronisation as standard. Two (2) or more lights can be synchronised to flash in unison via an internal GPS module.
The SL-C310 series may also be fitted with Satellite Communications Module or GSM Module – enabling users to access real-time diagnostic data and two-way monitoring and control through the Star2M® portal.
The 3 & 4 hole bolt pattern base fits directly onto existing 200mm bolt pattern industry standard mounts for ease of installation.

3-5NM Solar Marine Lantern (SL-C310 Series)
Intensity Range
The SL-C310 lantern range utilise leading technology LEDs for a visible range of 3-5NM+.
Enhanced Optics
The optics and lens design ensures that vessel operators can clearly see the light from above when passing the AtoN.
Solar Efficiency
Designed with next generation solar technology including individual active MPPT (maximum power point tracking), maximising the power extracted from the solar panels for improved performance and efficiency.
Satellite Communications
The SL-C310 range is available with an optional integrated Iridium® Satellite module enabling two-way monitoring and control using the Iridium® Low Earth Orbit satellite network.
Accessible via the Star2M® portal, the global Iridium® network offers genuine, pole-topole coverage and is the perfect communication partner for Sealite and our aids to navigation solutions.
Available in three chassis sizes to accommodate larger battery capacity and additional solar charging capability. The SL-C310 range provides an innovative and reliable solution for the 3-5NM+ range.
